What You Need

• A Prax Wallet account with UM balance
• Connect and access Penumbra via app.penumbra.zone
  
  

Step-by-Step Guide: Staking and Delegating UM

1. Open the “Stake” Tab in Portfolio View

• Go to app.penumbra.zone
• Navigate to the “Stake” tab in your dashboard
  Choose a wallet account (main or sub-account) to delegate from

2. Choosing a Validator to delegate funds to

• Choose from the list of validators in the active set

3. Delegating to a validator

• After choosing your preferred validator, click the “Delegate” button
• Enter the amount of UM that you want to delegate
• Confirm the transaction by clicking the “Delegate” button again

4. Confirm and Approve

• A confirmation prompt will popup, click “Confirm” to proceed
• Click “Approve” to finalize the stake position
• Wait for the “successful delegation” confirmation message prompt

5. Checking your delegation tokens

• In the “Stake” page in your dashboard, you will see the total “delUm” of your delegation and the validator’s name where you delegated
  
  
• “DelUM” or delegated UM represents the underlying assets being staked 

You can also see your “delUM” in your “Assets” tab in the dashboard.
